Hi I'm Bluejean and I'm so happy to meet you
Bluejean was born in foster care after her heavily pregnant mom was rescued of the streets. She enjoyed safety and love while she grew up happy and healthy with her siblings in foster care. Bluejean came to the shelter when she was 4 months old and has been there ever since. Life in a hectic overcrowded shelter after growing up in foster care was not easy for her. She lost some of her confidence and outgoing nature as she struggled to survive amongst the hierarchy of the shelter. Nevertheless, Bluejean maintained her sweet and calm nature and absolutely flourishes when taken to the dog park or out for weekend walks with the volunteers.
A patient family/owner to give Bluejean the time she needs to decompress. Would do well in a home with another pet.
